Reusing this blog that apparently I created 7 years ago.... but never did anything with.

Greetings readers,
My name is Michael, I am 42, married and have plenty of kids.  I enjoy lots of things... but this is gonna be here and there....

Firstly, I am 42, I was born in Southern California, on April 30, 1977.  My parents whom i lovingly call, Mom and Dad, are divorced, my dad is remarried to Sharon.  She is an amazing step mother, though really I didn't get to see either of them too much growing up.  He was in the service, and frankly was too far to really travel to see.  I don't really blame him.
I grew up living with my mom, we moved around a bit, and some time after my sister was born, we stopped, we moved to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
As I grew, when I was 17, I joined the LDS church, eventually went on a mission, to Paraguay.  Came home and married my first wife, she was not LDS, and for a time, I stopped going to that church.  She had a son, Aaron, who is now known as Matt (his middle name is Matthew) she and I had 2 boys together, Andrew and Adam. Today they are 20, 18 and 16.  Sadly when Adam was 8, she died.  We made some tough decisions in our lives, and though I did not cover it, we moved back to West Virginia from Florida.
I dated a few people, one was legit craaazy, I dated someone for 4 years but she just was not the right person, and finally I met Heather, whom I already knew as a teenager.  She and I dated for less than a year and are now married.  She was a widow as well, her late husband was one of my best friends.  They had 2 girls together, Jordan and Anna (both now 8 and 5) and together we have Benjamin, 8 months going on 5.   Last year we got married, purchased a home, I finally graduated from College with a BS degree in IT Programming.  I currently work for Fiserv, and though I love what I do, I am looking for more.  I have had quite a few internal interviews, really haven't looked outside of work.  There are plenty of departments and lots I can do, but alas I have not found anything yet.
I love video games, I love comics, and movies.  I love my family, and the things we do. I love to cook and eat (I'm a bit chubby).  I have had many dreams of writing a play, a book, a comic, a movie, even a song.  I will do a lot this year, but what, I don't quite know yet.
